Bodywork sessions allow you to drop deeper into your own experience, and therefore your own body, because the touch element is taken care of by me! This frees you up to focus on your practice. My touch is there to support you in achieving various goals, such as: ✅ Ejaculation choice/Difficulty Orgasming ✅ Discover how to move sexual energy in order to last longer and increase your orgasmic potential to have multiple, full body orgasms ✅ Getting out of your head during sex ✅ Releasing pressure to perform ✅ Learning how to be an amazing lover ✅ Reconnect your heart and your genitals again for mind blowing sex ✅ How to know what you want, and ask for it! ✅ Exploring new or deepening into more flavours of sex - Romantic & Sensual, Firey and Playful, Power dynamics and kink, Tantric and Spiritual, Energetic ✅ Releasing shame around sexuality and desires ✅ Practice receiving in sex What sessions tend to flow like: We spend the first 20 mins letting the nervous system arrive in the space, and having a chat about what has brought you here today. Together we gain a focus for the session, which is tailored around your specific goals and where you are at on your journey with sexuality and embodiment. Then, the massage element begins! Where you get to put into practice what we have just discussed and get to have a direct experience of this new way of being in the body. Calling upon the brains innate capacity for neuro-plasticity, and working on all levels of our bodies (physical, mental, emotional, energetic and, - if it resonates, spiritual) we quite literally begin to re-wire the mind & body towards your chosen focus or intention....It's pretty cool stuff - if I may say so myself! At the end we spend 20 mins integrating and de-briefing. What was useful about the practice? What was easy, or hard about the practice? How can you continue this at home with solo and/or partnered practices to continue developing in between sessions. This is where the true and lasting change happens, over time, and repetition. It takes a commitment to the journey My Boundaries - Though we are working DIRECTLY with sexual energy, this IS NOT a sexual experience happening BETWEEN US. I am a coach and professional tantric practitioner. I remain clothed in my sessions, and touch is one directional, always from practitioner to client. This provides a clear environment for you to explore conscious sexuality and connect more deeply to yourself without worrying about reciprocity.
